If the Brother Intellifax 4100E looks like a fax machine that got stuck to the top of an office printer to you, that’s probably because essentially that’s what it is. The explanation for this awkward-stage-of-puberty looking machine is the added room for an optional additional paper tray which, along with a long list of other inflated features, set the Intellifax 4100E firmly in the business class fax machine category.

Other time saving features include the auto dial memory of up to 132 phone numbers, and also the 182 maximum multiple recipient capacity, meaning you can scan your media just once, and the Intellifax 4100E can send it to almost two hundred recipients automatically. If you consider the time it would take you to dial over a hundred numbers and send them manually, you can see how even the occasional usage of these features makes their addition to your office dollars well spent.
Operating out of a crumbling third world sweat factory? Constant power and phone line shutoffs will no longer be a worry when it comes to faxes, thanks to the 500 sheet digital storage capacity. The 8 MBs of built in memory can store hundreds of pages worth of data in case there is a problem during transmitting or receiving faxes, such as a paper outage. And, for when those phone lines are cut for good, the Intellifax 4100E has the ability to operate as a fully functional laser copier, copying at swift speeds of up to 15 pages per minute. The 30 page capacity automatic document feeder can automatically load a stack of paper for copy, which will have duplicate documents ready to send out on foot with your fastest page boy in no time.
